How do you deal spamming in your forum?
I will give them warning.. then i will ban..

with my old forum ( the one that got closed down) i would warn, give a 7 day suspension, followed by 14 day ( or more depending on how i felt about the situation ) and the finaly a goodbye message and a ban

ahahaha to be honest once you ban someone that really deserves to it always feels good to say a goodbye message ( sarcastic or not )
