do you find it hard sometimes to run your forum especially when you get troublemakers into your forum ( i.e people that you will soon or later have to be banned) i had been a mod on a forum a few a long time a few months back where the forums was going quite smoothly and then i ended up banning someone ( this person was advertising porn) but then i found this person started getting his online "friends" on the board to do the same thing and this ex-member got back on the forum again because i completly forgot to put on a IP ban so in the end we had to close this forum down

Mine is thinking of ideas and installing mods in the database.. And how to get more actives members..

definetly although the active member thing always depends on what the kind of person it is ( i.e their busy and stuff like that )
