I can recommend xat if u don't like the default FM chatbox...
its got multiplayer games, great smilies and a doodle board xD

if u'r going to use xat, u could even make it so that u have tournaments every now and then... there are all sorts of games on xat
and like I said,
if u'r afraid of a fall in posting, only open the chatbox once a week.
