I will vote no. Because maybe not many people like the sight of the chatbox either at the top or bottom of the forum. If you want to talk something that can be post in the forum under one of the sections why not posting it? and let everyone discuss about it. Instead of you and the another member only. If it is something private you can also private messages him about it.
